Mr. Shaker graduated from Kent State University in 1984. Since graduating from the University of Akron Law School in 1987. Mr. Shaker has been an attorney with the law firm Shaker & Shaker LLP, in Niles, Ohio. Mr. Shaker’s law practice concentrates in civil and criminal litigation. He was born and raised in Niles, Ohio, is married, and has two children.

Dr. Eddy has a doctorate degree in Osteopathic Medicine and since 1988 has served as the president of the Clinic of Osteopathic Medicine, Inc., located in Niles, Ohio. Dr. Eddy was appointed to the First Niles and Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Niles Boards of Directors on January 28, 2002

Daniel E. Csontos
Mr. Csontos graduated from Baldwin Wallace College in 1985, and received his M.B.A. in finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in 1990. From 1985 to 1988, Mr. Csontos was a federal savings and loan examiner with FHLB of Cincinnati. From 1988 until 1996, he was a Director of Indian Village Federal S&L Association, Gnadenhutten, Ohio. Mr. Csontos has served Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Niles as compliance officer since 1996, as President since December 1, 2016, and as a director since 2006. Mr. Csontos also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Pioneer Savings Bank, Cleveland, Ohio.

Lance F. Osborne
Mr. Osborne is the Founder and President of Osborne Capital Group. Prior to founding Osborne Capital Group in 2003, Mr. Osborne was an Associate with AEW Capital Management, a Boston based real estate pension fund advisor. During his tenure at AEW, Mr. Osborne worked on the asset management and acquisition of multifamily properties. Prior to joining AEW, Mr. Osborne worked as an intern and analyst for the Chief Financial Officer of Beacon Capital Partners, a real estate opportunity fund investor. Mr. Osborne is a graduate of Babson College. Mr. Osborne serves on the Board of Directors of Lake Erie College and Youth Opportunities Unlimited.

Ante N. Turcinov
Mr. Turcinov is the General Manager / Vice President of Union Capital Mortgage (wholly owned subsidiary of Home Federal). Prior to returning to Union Capital Mortgage in 2017, Mr. Turcinov was an investment banker with KeyBanc Capital Markets, a Cleveland based investment bank. During his tenure at KeyBanc, he focused on mergers and acquisitions spanning multiple industries. Prior to joining KeyBanc, Mr. Turcinov was an investment banker with Western Reserve Partners (now a part of Citizens Bank). Mr. Turcinov graduated from Miami University in 2001 (Accountancy) and received his M.B.A. in Banking and Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in 2009.
